End Scene

Sometimes you stand on the edge looking down wondering what could possibly be next? Just when you think you have it all figured out, when it just couldn't surprise you anymore, bam there it is. 

There is this thing in life called responsibility. We live in a society that is so wonderful at pointing fingers no one knows the value of sucking it up anymore and taking responsibility for hurting someone, neglecting their care. Money can buy you things, but it can not buy you health nor happiness.  Money can buy you the fancier brand, but it can not buy you class. 

In your quiet moments, what do you think about?  How far you’ve come, or how far you have to go?  Your strengths, or your weaknesses?  The best that might happen, or the worst that might come to be?  In your quiet moments, pay attention to your thoughts.  Because maybe, just maybe, the only thing that needs to shift in order for you to experience more happiness, more love, and more vitality, is your way of thinking.

 For now I will take it one step at a time, one captured moment at a time, one new beginning at a time. ... end scene.

One of my favorite "Capturing Moments" is hanging out with couples.... spending time... laughing a little while having a good time you can see what brought them together and will keep them together... RELAX and I'll get capture your moments :O).

Live Your Life

It's been a while since I've visited the soul...but it's time to get back. What a year. Time really does go by fast when you are busy reaching for your goals. Appreciate every second of every day for it is a gift, something to learn from, something to tuck into your soul, a lesson to be learned, a selfish moment, an opportunity, a way to fine tune into your core...

Be ready for the pressure, the drama and the pleasure... got your whole life ahead of you. LIfe is a roller coaster one step a way and you are closer.. it's there within your reach. Nothing really stops us. Attitudes and doubts might be a few of the bumps you encounter but live your life. It's yours! You CAN do it on your own. The scariest thing is actually doing everything you have planned. Put it into motion. There will be sacrifices but with the right support you ARE NOT alone.

Where does the "live your life" come in? Be you. As long as you are sincere, you put out your best, and the right intentions are there, it will come. Patience.. ah yes the big P word. Patience is a strong trait to carry.. one that will get you through the tough times, one that will guide you to the light at the end of the tunnel where everything falls into place. Nothing is ever as you planned. No matter what fairy tale you have read life is just what it is suppose to be, and if you truly embrace it, you give yourself the opportunity to really appreciate the emotions, gifts, and moments. Yes it comes with hard times, but can you break those times with laughter? Have you caught yourself on the toughest days, during the worst news and found a way to break into laughter. Hold that moment. Tuck it away. Go to it when in doubt and move on. Yesterday is gone, today is an opportunity, tomorrow is a result of what did you do today to make a dent in which POSITIVITY, PERSEVERANCE, PATIENCE (that's three) really does pay off.

Cuidado... que mi corazon esta colgado en tus manos..

2010 what a journey. A journey of finding my health, my wellness, my heart, my passion, my never ending drive. Being a strong person.. it's in my nature, but in life it is so easy to reach levels and understand the purpose of so much when you have the right people by your side. Ever felt like your heart was going to explode out of your chest even on the toughest of days? Ever felt that heat in your stomach? A desire that no matter how much you cuddle, crave, feed it, you can't inhale it enough? As time goes by it usually melts... comfort settles, but when the right powers, people, situations come in, they don't fade, it just gets stronger, better, more powerful, and words just don't seem to do it justice.

The point is that this is your shot. Life is not a trial run but a gift. Are you going to appreciate it and absorb it or just settle and take it for granted? I want to live it, love it, laugh along with it. I know I will encounter a few bumps and as happy as I want to keep the world sometimes you just can't keep everyone happy, but know that your intentions are there, what your purpose is.. and sometimes if you really do love something and you've done everything you can, you have to be strong enough to set it free, even if it takes you out of your comfort zone. Just like sometimes the life that does make sense isn't what we all imagined, doesn't follow the rules.. but are there rules in life or isn't it about finding sincerity? happiness? If you want to throw rules into the recipe of life do this.. Do it with good intentions, do it with love, give because it comes from within not because you expect anything in return.

Sometimes we feel like we aren't going to make it, that we need something, someone to help us get there, and reality is we just need to tell ourselves 'Everything is going to be o.k."

Is everything going to be ok? Can you find your happy? Can you find where it is exactly that you fit in or will you be lost for a bit? Fear... overwhelming fact of humanity but stronger is the heart and mind if you push it, do, drive, motivate, and are sincere!

More to come... Life it's an endless blessed gift full of opportunities, challenges, and great rewards.
